Free/Reduced Priced Meal Benefits
Parents are highly encouraged to submit their Free/Reduced Priced Meal Benefits application either by:
Applying online at EZMealApp (Helpful tips for applying online), or
Paper Application - Do not submit a paper application if an online application has been submitted
Although filling out an application is optional, when families complete an application, students and schools can benefit. Information derived from the applications directly impacts other school programs, such as school bus transportation, Title 1 funding.
The Leeward District Bilingual School-Home Assistants and bilingual Waipahu High School staff translated and recorded these step-by-step videos to help families fill out the paper free lunch application form. The videos address common mistakes and areas parents often leave blank.
