Our School uses an automated meal card system which creates an individual meal account for every student. The meal account works like a debit checking system. Parents/guardians will make payments/deposits to the account, and the students ID card will be scanned charged at the time of purchase.

PAY ONLINE-
Through the EzSchoolPay website, you will be able to:

  • Make online payments - There is a minimal fee when making online payments
  • Monitor account balances (set low balance alerts), and
  • Monitor purchases made through your child’s meal account.

Also available on your mobile device’s app store on iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

Parents and guardians may sign up for a new account:

  • Visit EZSchoolPay.com
  • Click Register
  • Enter your email address
  • Check your email for a confirmation and follow further directions

There are two ways to add your child to your account. You can enter the:

Student ID number: Enter the child's last name and student ID number, or
Birth date: Enter child's first name, last name and birth date

Note: District should be pre-populated with "Hawaii-St. of Hawaii Dept. of Ed"

PAY IN PERSON (CASH ONLY)-
CASH ONLY payments can be made in the Front Office during normal office hours:
Monday-Friday (excluding State Holidays)
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Money must be in a sealed envelope and turned into the drop-slot in the Office Counter. 
Exact amount must be provided, NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Receipts for payments will be sent home with your child by the next school day.

The following information MUST be labeled on the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope,
incomplete information may delay proper crediting to your child's account:
Student's first and last name;
Grade/Classroom number; and
Amount to be deposited (if multiple students please indicate how much per child)
